The High-Level Russia-Turkey Cooperation Council plans to hold a meeting in early 2017, RIA Novosti quoted Turkey’s Ambassador to Russia Huseyin Dirioz as saying Dec. 15.
Dirioz made the remarks responding to a question on the date of the High-Level Russia-Turkey Cooperation Council’s meeting.
