Turkish university IZMIR KATIP CELEBI UNIVERSITESI has announced an open tender for the purchase of 25.4 million kilowatt-hours of electricity.
Local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender procedure will be held at 11:00 (GMT + 3) on August 28, 2018.
