Mudflows are descending in Turkey’s southwestern province of Denizli, Turkish media reported Oct. 10.
Streets and basements have been flooded in several areas of the province.
Work is underway to eliminate the damage caused by the mudflows.
Mudflows also occurred on October 5 in Turkey's northeastern provinces of Rize, Trabzon, Ordu and Artvin. A landslide occurred as a result of mudflows in Artvin.
