A heavy storm led to the flooding of a number of offices in Istanbul's Beylikduzu district, Trend reports referring to Turkish media.
Due to the heavy storm, a canal was flooded in the city's Arnavutkoy district and as a result, six people were evacuated, the reports said.
Due to the storm, a freighter ran aground on the shore of Istanbul's Shile district, according to the reports.
Earlier sea voyages were cancelled due to strong winds in Istanbul.
