A cargo ship sailing under the Panamanian flag sank in the Black Sea off the coast of Turkey's Samsun province, Trend reports via Turkish media.
There were 20 people on board, reports said.
The Turkish Coast Guard has already managed to save four people and is currently working to save other crew members.
The causes of the incident are not reported yet.
