In August 2019, Kazakh citizens purchased 59 real estate properties in Turkey, which is two properties more than in the same period last year, Trend reports referring to the Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
According to the general directorate, in January-August 2019, citizens of Kazakhstan purchased 443 real estate properties in Turkey, which is 150 properties more compared to the same period in 2018.
The general directorate noted that in January 2019, Kazakhstan citizens purchased 30 properties in Turkey, in February - 45, in March - 37, in April - 73, in May - 71, in June - 60, in July - 58 and in August - 59.
In August 2019, 110,500 real estate properties were sold in Turkey, which is 5.1 percent more compared to August 2018.
Moreover, in August 2019, 3,604 properties were sold to foreigners in Turkey, which is 6.8 percent less compared to August 2018.
