In September 2019, the share of natural gas in electricity production in Turkey increased by 0.67 percent, and 26,070.05 megawatts of electricity were produced with usage of natural gas, Trend reports referring to Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK).
The share of electricity produced with usage of natural gas was 30.73 percent, according to the EPDK report.
In September 2019, a total of 84,826.21 megawatts was generated in Turkey as a whole, which is 7.78 percent more compared to September 2018.
