Turkey increases export of chemical products to Georgia

Turkey’s export of chemical products to Georgia increased by 24.9 percent from January through December 2019 compared to the same period of 2018, and amounted to $326.9 million, Turkey’s Ministry of Trade told Trend on Jan. 20.

In December 2019, Turkey’s export of chemical products to Georgia dropped by 7.3 percent compared to December 2018, amounting to $22.4 million, a source in the ministry said.

Export of chemistry products from Turkey increased by 18 percent in 2019 compared to 2018, amounting to $26 billion or to 11.4 percent of country’s total export.

Turkey’s export of chemical products increased by 20.5 percent in December 2019 compared to the same month of 2018, reaching $1.8 billion or to 11.8 percent of the country’s total export.
