Volume of cargo transshipped via Turkish Port of Gulluk revealed

The volume of cargo transshipment through Turkey's Port of Gulluk in Mugla Province amounted to 492,476 tons in January 2020, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure on Feb. 28.

In January 2020, the volume of cargo transshipment through the Port of Gulluk by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 246,128 tons, and by ships flying the flag of other countries - 246,348 tons.

Cargo transshipment via Port of Gulluk by transit was not carried out in January 2020.

The volume of cargo transshipment through the Turkish ports exceeded 32.9 million tons in January 2020. Meanwhile, the volume of cargo transshipment by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 2.4 million tons.

The volume of cargo transshipment through Turkish ports by ships flying the flag of other countries amounted to 30.5 million tons.

In January 2020, over 6.1 million tons of cargo transshipment in transit were carried out through Turkish ports.
