The volume of cargo transshipment through Turkey's Port of Tekirdag in the province of Tekirdag exceeded 1.64 million tons in January 2020, Trend reports referring to the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure.
In January 2020, the volume of cargo transshipment through the Port of Tekirdag by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 18,185 tons, and by ships flying the flag of other countries – 1.61 million tons.
The volume of cargo transshipment via Port of Tekirdag by transit amounted to 859,129 tons in January 2020.
The volume of cargo transshipment through the Turkish ports exceeded 32.9 million tons in January 2020. Meanwhile, the volume of cargo transshipment by ships flying the Turkish flag amounted to 2.4 million tons.
The volume of cargo transshipment through Turkish ports by ships flying the flag of other countries amounted to 30.5 million tons.
In January 2020, over 6.1 million tons of cargo transshipment in transit were carried out through Turkish ports.
