The export of defense industry products from Turkey to Iran increased by 89.94 percent from January through February 2020, compared to the same period in 2019, amounting to $933,040, Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
The export of defense products from Turkey to Iran increased 15.5 times in February 2020, compared to February 2019, amounting to $524,280.
Exports of Turkish defense industry products to world markets grew by 5 percent from January through February 2020 compared to the same period last year, amounting to $348.697 million.
Turkish defense industry products accounted for 1.2 percent of the country's total exports from January through February 2020.
Turkey exported $ 181.761 million worth defense industry products to world markets in February 2020, which is 15.3 percent more than in the same period of 2019.
The export of Turkish defense industry products in February 2020 amounted to 1.2 percent of the country's total exports.
Turkey exported defense products worth $ 2.757 billion from January through February 2020.
