The construction of "Kaptan Lütfü" pier in Turkey’s Istanbul will be completed in 2023, Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Azerbaijan told Trend.
The construction of the pier with a length of 307 meters began in 2017.
The cost of the project is 35.8 million Turkish liras ($5.2 million), said the ministry.
The ministry noted that it also planned to construct four piers in the country, two of which are in Istanbul.
“The construction of the “Yeşilyurt Fener” pier in Istanbul, which began in 2017, will also be completed in 2023. The project cost is 3.3 million Turkish liras [$484,000],” the ministry said.
