The Turkish port of Ambarli in Istanbul city received 279 ships during January 2021, including 97 ships flying the Turkish flag, the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure of Turkey told Trend.
As reported, the rest of the ships, which were received by the port of Ambarli in the reporting month, sailed under the flags of other countries.
According to the ministry, in January 2021, Turkish ports received 4,002 ships, including 1,218 ships flying the Turkish flag.
At the same time, 2,784 ships, which were received by the ports of Turkey, sailed under the flags of other countries, the ministry said.
