The Turkish port of Bandirma received 47 ships in January 2021, Turkey’s Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend on Mar.1.
According to the ministry, in the reporting month, among the received ships 22 ones flied the Turkish flag, and others - flags of other countries.
Overall, in January this year, Turkish ports received 4,002 ships, including 1,218 ones flying Turkish flag, the ministry said.
“The remaining 2,784 ships received by the local ports flied the flags of other countries,” added the ministry.
