The Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs has announced an open tender for the upgrade of IP telephony in the ministry's system.
Both local and foreign companies can participate in the tender.
The tender will be held at 15:00 (GMT+3) on May 18, 2021.
The tender participation fee is 1,500 Turkish liras ($183.8).
