Cement exports from Turkey to Germany increased by 18.1 percent from January through August 2021, compared to the same period of 2020, up to $195.1 million, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
In August 2021, cement exports from Turkey to Germany increased by 3.1 percent compared to August 2020 - up to $25.5 million, the ministry said.
Turkey increased export of cement by 25.8 percent in the first 8 months of 2021 compared to the same period of last year - up to $3 billion.
Turkey exported cement worth $421.3 million in August 2021, which is 32.3 percent more compared to the same month of 2020.
In the last 12 months (from August 2020 to August 2021), Turkey’s cement exports amounted to $4.37 billion.
