The Turkish port of Zonguldak received 546 ships from January through September 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend on Nov. 4.
According to the ministry, 205 out of the ships received by the port were flying the flag of Turkey while 341 - the flag of other countries.
The Turkish ports received 4,407 ships in September 2021, the ministry said.
Some 1,281 of all ships received by the ports were flying the flag of Turkey, while 3,126 - flags of other countries.
The Turkish ports received 38,304 ships from January through September 2021, including 11,562 ships flying the Turkish flag.
At the same time, 26,742 ships were flying the flags of other countries.
