Ports of Turkey received 4,365 ships in October 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
According to the ministry, out of the total number of ships received by the ports, 1,247 were flying the flag of Turkey, 3,119 - the flags of other countries.
The ports of Turkey received 42,690 ships from January through October 2021, including 12,762 - flying the Turkish flag.
At the same time, 29,742 ships received at the ports were flying the flags of other countries, added the ministry.
