BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 18. Turkey increased the export of chemical products to Azerbaijan by 75.8 percent, or up to $2.2 million, in March 2022, compared to the same month in 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Trade told Trend.
According to the ministry, Turkey exported chemical products to Azerbaijan in the amount of $104.3 million in 1Q2022, which is 3.8 percent less than the same period in 2021.
Turkey exported chemical products worth $2.9 billion to world markets in March 2022, which is 49.6 percent more than in the same month of 2021.
"Turkey totally exported chemical products worth $7.5 billion to world markets in 1Q2022, which is 41.5 percent more than in the same period in 2021," the ministry said.
Turkey has exported a total of $27.5 billion worth of chemical products in the past 12 months (from March 2021 through March 2022).
