BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 31. The Turkish port of Botas received 413 vessels from January through April 2022, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
According to the Ministry, 45 of the total number of ships accepted by Botas port were under the flag of Turkey, 368 - under the flags of other countries.
The ports of Turkey received 4,473 vessels in April 2022.
Some 1,359 of the total number of ships accepted by Turkish ports in April 2022 were under the flag of Turkey, and 3,114 were under the flags of other countries.
Turkish ports received 16,424 ships from January through April 2022.
About 4,892 of the total number of ships accepted by Turkish ports, during this period, were under the flag of Turkey, and 11,532 were under the flags of other countries.
Ports of Turkey received 51,199 ships in 2021, including 15,120 under the Turkish flag.
The remaining 36,079 ships received by Turkish ports were under the flags of other countries.
