BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 10. Turkish exports of auto industry products to Russia increased by 78.5 percent to $530.3 million from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Commerce, Türkiye increased exports of auto sector products to Russia by 42.2 percent to $70.3 million in July compared to the same month in 2022.
The export of Turkish automotive products increased by 16 percent and amounted to $20.1 billion from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year.
Türkiye exported $2.7 billion worth of auto sector products in July of this year, which is 33.2 percent more in comparison with July last year.
Moreover, the export of Turkish automotive products accounted for $33.7 billion over the past 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023).
