BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 11. Türkiye reduced exports of ready-made clothes to the United Arab Emirates by 12.3 percent to $98.1 million from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year, Trend reports.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Commerce, Türkiye increased exports of ready-made clothes to the United Arab Emirates by 6.1 percent to $10.6 million in July compared to the same month in 2022.
Turkish exports of ready-made clothes decreased by 7 percent and reached $11.5 billion from January through July 2023 compared to the same period last year.
Türkiye exported $1.6 billion worth of ready-made clothes in July of this year, which is 3.9 percent less in comparison with July last year.
Over the past 12 months (from July 2022 through July 2023), Türkiye exported ready-made clothes worth $20.3 billion.
