BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 19. Türkiye's exports of grains, seeds, and pulses to Kazakhstan increased by 42.4 percent in January 2024 compared to the same month in 2023, totaling $7.7 million, Trend reports, referring to Türkiye's Ministry of Trade.
The ministry also reported that in the last 12 months (from
January 2023 through January 2024), Türkiye exported grains, seeds,
and pulses worth $12.4 billion.
To note, Türkiye's exports of grains, seeds, and pulses increased
by 8 percent to $12.4 billion in January-December 2023 compared to
the same period in 2022.
Türkiye exported $1.1 billion worth of these products in December 2023, which is 1.7 percent more than in December 2022.
