BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 15. Türkiye's exports of electrical equipment to Iran fell 37 percent year-on-year to $27 million from January through March 2024, the statement of Türkiye's Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
"Türkiye exported $8.6 million worth of electrical equipment to Iran in March this year, which is 20 percent less than in March last year," the statement from the ministry reads.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of electrical equipment decreased 0.6 percent year-on-year to $4 billion from January through March 2024.
However, Türkiye exported $1.5 billion worth of electrical equipment in March this year, which was 2.9 percent less than in March last year.
To note, Türkiye exported electrical equipment worth $16.2 billion in the last 12 months (from March 2023 through March 2024).
