( Cihan ) - Turkish Parliament Speaker Bulent Arinc is due in Slovakia on Thursday to attend the Conference of the Speakers of European Union Parliaments on 24-27 May.
The future of Europe will be the first issue the speakers will dwell on and Arinc will deliver a speech at the meeting on inter-parliamentarian cooperation meeting on Friday, May 25.
The National Council of the Slovak Republic took over the presidency of the EU Speakers' Conference on July 3, 2006 in Copenhagen where the last meeting took place on 30 June- 1 July 2006.
The Conference of Speakers of European Union Parliaments is a forum where the Speakers of the parliaments of member states of the European Union and the European Parliament meet annually.
