Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Minister, Kamaladdin Heydarov will visit the Iranian capital of Tehran on March 14.
The visit will last two days, press service of the Iranian embassy in Azerbaijan told Trend on Thursday.
During a meeting with Kamaladdin Heydarov the Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Ebrahim Rahimpour, who is currently visiting Azerbaijan, stressed that this visit will positively affect relations between the two brotherly peoples.
Rahimpour also noted the importance of developing economic relations between the two countries.
He went on to add that the countries should take advantage of all potential and possibilities for a comprehensive development of relations.
Heydarov, in turn, said Azerbaijan and Iran have to create new areas of cooperation.
He added that both countries can mutually benefit from the experience in the natural disaster prevention.
