Azerbaijani ambassador to Great Britain and Northern Ireland Tahir Taghizade delivered his credentials to Queen Elizabeth II, British "The Times" reported.
Then Elizabeth II gave audience to the Azerbaijani ambassador.
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on appointing Tahir Taghizade Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in July. Taghizade was recalled from the post of Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Azerbaijan to the Czech Republic upon another presidential decree.
