The Azerbaijan Court of Appeals under the chairmanship of Mirza Tagizada did not satisfied the appeal of Ex-Minister of Health Ali Insanov on Friday, Trend reports.
Insanov, kept in the investigative cell of the National Safety Ministry, lodged the appeal against the sentence of the Nasimy district court on application of 3-mont arrest in regard to him. The court declared the appeal groundless and left the sentence in force.
