China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) announced a tender in Turkmenistan Nov. 6.
The tender is for transportation of condensate in 2015-2016 in the Bagtyyarlyk contract area in Turkmenistan.
Any local, private or state-run company interested in this tender may apply to participate in it, providing the following information and documents:
- information about the company;
- registration documents of the company,
- power of attorney for an authorized representative for the right to submit an application.
It is also needed to provide information about experience in the transportation of sulphur, a license for sulphur transportation, the documents proving the financial capacity of the tender participant (an independent auditor report, and a financial and economic balance of the participant for the past three years).
Those willing to take part in the tender, must also provide documents proving their technical capacities, including detailed information about vehicles which are planned to carry out transportations.
Applications should be submitted within 10 days from the date of publication of tender announcement by the media.
