Azerbaijan announces tender for providing court with technical equipment

The Azerbaijani Justice Ministry has announced a tender for providing the Masalli district court with IT and other technical equipment, the World Bank (WB) said.

The tender has been announced as part of the Judicial Services and Smart Infrastructure project, being implemented with WB.

Bidding is open to all bidders that meet the following minimum qualification criteria:

1) During the past three years, the bidder must have completed at least one contract with a value of at least $1 million equivalent to Azerbaijani manat or two contracts with a value at least $500,000 involving the development, installation, and provision of technical support for Information Systems of similar functional and technical characteristics and of a comparable scale;

2) Minimum average annual turnover of $3 million, equivalent to Azerbaijani manat, calculated as total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed within the last three years;

3) Demonstrated access to at least $ 500,000, equivalent to Azerbaijani manat, in liquid assets (e.g., bank balances, tradable securities, active lines of credit);

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit of the Judicial Services and Smart Infrastructure Project under the Ministry of Justice, Ahmed Gorchiyev, Procurement Manager, [email protected],[email protected] and inspect the bidding documents during office hours (9:00 to 18:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours)) except weekend at the address given below.

The tender participation fee is 250 manat.

Bids must be delivered till June 2, 2016 15:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours). The amount of bid security required is $30,000.

A pre-bid meeting which potential bidders may attend will be held on April 28, 2016 at 11:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours).

The bidders will be required to certify in their bids that all software is either covered by a valid license or was produced by the bidder.
