Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted the need to more actively work on the issues of creating legal guarantees of the constitutional right of everyone to housing, the press service of the Turkmen government said.
It is necessary to complete the draft of the new Housing Code of Turkmenistan, he said.
According to the official Turkmen source, the country is also preparing a draft law on the privatization of residential buildings designed to be an important step toward the realization of a large-scale housing program.
