A bicycle bomb went off in Laghman province in eastern Afghanistan on Saturday, killing five civilians and injuring 25 others, an official said.
"Terrorists planted explosive device on a bicycle and detonated it in front of health department in Laghman's provincial capital Mehterlam city this morning as a result five civilians were killed and 25 others sustained injuries," an official who declined to be identified told Xinhua.
