A church in Germany is tempting couples to a special Valentine's Day service with a champagne reception, soft pop ballads and romantic poems, the pastor in the town of Fulda revealed on Saturday.
Choral chants and incense would be replaced with popular romantic tunes, the church said, dpa reported.
"We want to enthuse people for this church service who are not normally fans of regular church services," Pastor Henning Reinhardt said.
The church, in the state of Hesse, has invited more than 200 couples who married in the last 10 years to attend the service.
