Large amount of interference to Azerbaijan TV and radio stations

The International Telecommunication Union revealed that 333 fixed stations, 127 DVB-T stations, 114 FM and 61 analogue TV stations were interfering with broadcasting in Azerbaijan last year, the State Administration of Radio Frequencies under the Communications and IT Ministry said on Monday.

The administration submitted applications to register 43 digital television DVB-T stations, 60 units of fixed stations and seven stations operating in the FM-band to the International Telecommunication Union in 2011.
