The municipalities of the regions Gazakh, Tovuz, Gadabay and Aghstafa establish coordinating councils within the program on development of local self-government of the international organization German Society of Technical Assistance. Besides, 155 representatives of municipalities participate in the workshops, Trend reports.
Micro-projects in social and economic sphere are also implemented here. The number of the projects in the Kazakh region comprises 12, Gadabay 13, Tovuz 15, Aghstafa -14.
The organization will continue establishment of coordinating councils in the western regions of the country from March to April 2006.
It should be mentioned that the first stage of the project of German Society of Technical Assistance was implemented in the regions Khyzy, Siyazan and Davachi.
