By Matanat Nasibova – Trend:

A big project in one of the settlements in Azerbaijan’s Baku city, envisaging the construction of multi-story buildings, has been implemented by 20 percent, a source in Azerbaijani Khazar Inshaat construction company told Trend.

“The issue is the construction of big multi-story buildings located in Baku’s New Gunashli settlement,” the source said.

"Three buildings have been already built in this settlement and over 20 percent of work in the fourth multi-storey building has been carried out,” the source said. “In total, eight multi-storey buildings will be built.”

“The apartments, consisting of 1, 2 and 3 rooms with an area of 40, 60 and 80 square meters, are being built in multi-storey buildings,” the source said. “The cost of one square meter is 1,200 manat ($705)."

High-quality building materials without harmful chemical impurities, in particular “B-25” concrete made in Ukraine, fittings and pads for leveling concrete made by the German “Peri” company, pipes of “Firat” company and electric cables manufactured by Imkacable company, are used in construction.

Khazar Inshaat company has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2003.
