Azerbaijan is planning to allocate 2.2 billion manats ($1.2 billion) for the reconstruction of liberated territories in 2022, Trend reports citing the "On the state budget of Azerbaijan for 2022" law draft published in the official press.
Thus, the expenditures will increase from 2 billion manats ($1.1 billion) envisioned in the state budget for 2021.
The revenues of the state budget of Azerbaijan in 2022 is forecast to equal about 26.82 billion manats ($15.7 billion), which is an increase of 5.4 percent compared to 2021.
State budget expenditures are projected at 29.89 billion manats ($17.5 billion), which is 4.7 percent more as compared to the expenditures envisioned in 2021.
Thus, a budget deficit is to be just over 3.06 billion manats ($1.8 billion), which is 1.7 percent less than in the state budget for 2021.
