BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 30. A time capsule was laid at the Caspian Dream Liner project location on the Caspian Sea coast during the second SEA BREEZE INVESTMENT FORUM, Trend reports.
Forum attendees, investors, and businesspeople witnessed this historic deed, which signaled a new era in regional growth.
The Caspian Dream Liner project, which aims to build a modern, eco-friendly residential complex, is expected to become a coastal beauty.
“Our Sea Breeze plans and accomplishments will be preserved in the time capsule. We will open it in 10 years if all goes well and we are together to see how our plans match reality,” the owner of SEA BREEZE RESORT Emin Agalarov commented.
To note, the time capsule contains a master blueprint for the 6 kilometers under construction.
“About 1 million square meters have been completed, and 1.2 million are under construction. All master plan initiatives will be launched this and next year. About 5 million square meters and $7 billion invested. Today we have familiar folks with whom I've negotiated all year. They represent global corporations and expert developers. I am pleased that they will contribute enthusiasm, expertise, and knowledge to the Sea Breeze initiative,” Emin Agalarov added.
Furthermore, Mikayil Jabbarov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Economy put his signature on the master plan, which read as follows: “Have a safe trip.”
