"Washington's position regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has not been changed," Pennington said. So, Pennington has commented the opinion by the chief of the Eurasian Policy Department in the Hudson University in the United States. According to the chief, taking into consideration the current relations between Russia and the United States as a result of the conflict in South Ossetia, participation of the two countries in the OSCE Minsk Group is ungrounded.
