Eastern Turkey and Azerbaijan were presented as Armenian in a map displayed at a seminar in one of Washington's universities, CNN's Web site in Turkish reported.
The seminar was dedicated to the Turkish-Armenian protocols on the normalization of relations between the two countries signed by Turkey and Armenia foreign ministers in Zurich Oct.10.
The map presented Georgian, Turkish, Azerbaijani, Iranian and Iraqi territories as part Armenia's historic lands.
Representatives of the Turkish Embassy in Washington, who participated in the seminar, demanded the organizers to remove the map.
Organizers of the seminar said that the map was found on Google.
