Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov left for Yemen with a 4-day official visit on Monday. Tahir Tagizada, the head of the Information Department of the Foreign Ministry, the visit targets participation at the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Conference member-nations, to be held on 28-30 June.
During the meeting it is planned to discuss a set of issues on the development of cooperation among Islamic countries. Under the meeting the Azerbaijani Foreign Minister is probable to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from other countries.
