The Head of the Press-Service of the Baku Office of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Gulnaz Guliyeva, informed Trend that on January 24, the representatives of the ICRC Armenia visited the Azerbaijan soldier who is detained in Armenia. The ICRC representatives delivered the letter to the soldier, which has been written by his family. Azerbaijan soldier, Samir Mammadov, who was serving in the military unit N in Gazakh district, was taken prisoner by Armenian military men on December 24. The Defense Ministry of Azerbaijan said that the soldier has lost his way and entered the territory controlled by Armenian armed forces.
