Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend corr E. Huseynli / All Azerbaijanis who used to reside in Nagorno-Karabakh should return to their homes after liberation of the seven occupied Azerbaijani regions in order to reach a political solution to the problem, the head of the Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh Community, Nizami Bahmanov, said on 5 June at a meeting with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, Spanish Foreign Minister, Miguel Angel Moratinos.

Bahmanov said to journalists that during the closed meeting he informed the OSCE chairman that during repeated visits to the region the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmen had concealed crimes they had seen.

"Whilst on their repeated visits to the region, the co-chairmen concealed arson of historical and cultural monuments, forests belonging to Azerbaijan, as well as illegal settlement of Armenians in Azerbaijani occupied territories from the Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly," Bahmanov said.

The Chairman of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Goran Len Marker, who was in attendance at the meeting proved that Azerbaijanis residing in the contact line of Azerbaijani-Armenian troops were under threat.
