According to information provided to Trend by Lenkoran Police Department, there was a call to Emergency 112 service about 16.40 pm on 25 August. The caller reported that there is bomb threat in one of the buildings in 1-st micridistrict. However, during operational search measures bomb was not discovered.
As a result of the investigation it became known that the call was made from a mobile phone belonging to the inhabitant of the village Shaglakuche of Lankaran district Aliyeva Bayim Alibahysh qizi. It was found that the cause of the above events is her 8-year-old son Umid Fizuli oglu Aliyev, who took advantage of the fact that the mother left the phone unattended.
A child with parents was invited to the Lenkoran district police station for advocacy. Taking into account the age of " phone terrorist" criminal case was not instituted.
