An earthquake measured at a magnitude of 3.5 occurred Sunday in Lankaran region of Azerbaijan, the National Seismic Survey Centre reported.
Tremors were registered at 7:23 am local time, 28 km northwest of the city of Lankaran.
The earthquake caused no deaths or injuries.
Lankaran region is located 268 km south of Baku.
