Natalya Ivinskaya, supposedly Azeri citizen, victim of Рђ-310 air crash in Irkutsk, us now in reanimation, Trends special correspondent reports with reference to All-Russian Azerbaijanis Congress (ARAC).
ARAC officials said there were no documents found with her and nobody can say which countrys citizen she is. However, according to the list of the Ministry of Emergency Response of Russia, Ivinskaya is registered as Azeri citizen.
