Trend Azerbaijan, Baku /corr. Trend K.Zarbaliyeva / Two people died and one was seriously injured as a result of building's falling-down during construction in Neapol leisure center. Trend Correspondent reports from the place of incident that the foreman, Rafig Mammadov born in 1962 who is an internally displaced person from Zangilan district and a worker, Rauf, are still under the fell building. Rescue work is carried out to release them. A person named Rasim, who has been taken out from the fell building, has been hospitalized with critical condition. The fell building covers a large territory. Currently the employees of the District Police Department, District Prosecutor's Office, State Labor Inspection Department and Ministry of Emergency Situations are holding investigations in the place of incident. The Chairman of the State Labor Inspection Department, Nabi Shukurov, said that yet it is impossible to make clear if the workers have been hired on the base of labor contract. The Deputy Chief of Apsheron Prosecutor's Office, Avaz Movsumov, said that a criminal case has been filed over the fact.
