Prosecutor’s office files suit on blast in dwelling house in Yevpatoria

Ukraine, Kiev, Dec. 25/ Trend , Z. Novosvitski/ The prosecutor's office of Crimea Autonomous Republic filed a case on the blast of a dwelling house in Yevpatoria.

The case has been filed over a deliberate destruction of property, press service of Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office said.

Meanwhile, Prosecutor Office did not rule out that a suit can be filed on a different article after reasons and circumstances of the blast are defined.

The blast took place in 67, Nekrasov street, in the five-storied building of six blocs (built in 1965) at about 10:00p.m. local time on Dec. 24.

The blast knocked down 35 apartments (first and second bloc of the building) and damaged apartments in the third bloc.

The death toll climbed 11 people including one child. Twenty one people were saved. As many as 60-62 people are suggested to be under debris.
