Georgia establishes closer relations with new U.S. Administration than previous

Georgia, Tbilisi, Feb. 12/ Trend N. Kirtzkhalia/ Georgia establishes relations with the new U.S. Administration than the previous Administration, President of Georgia Mikhail Saakashvili said, delivering an annual report in the Georgian Parliament on Feb. 12.

 

"The Munich conference where we got complete aid of the USA demonstrated it. The whole world community also supported us," he said.

 

"We have signed the Charter on Strategic Partnership with the USA in early 2009. Presently, we strive for closer relations with the new Administration in Washington," he said.

 

Nobody and never will recognize separatists and want realization of Russia's plans to divide Georgia, President said. "Georgia will be united and entire country under our friends' aid and unity of our people," Saakashvili said.
