Mayor Gigi Ugulava and the EU Special Representative for South Caucasus Peter Semneby discussed the security of demonstration participants.
"Participants of the demonstration must be secured. Provocation must be prevented," he added.
Semneby stated that citizens have right to voice protest through demonstration. "I think that this demonstration will be a stimulus for the authorities and opposition to sit at the negotiation table," EU representative said.
